Jacqueline So is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Malvern College International (Asia Pacific), and a pioneering leader who has significantly shaped the landscape of international education across Asia. Since establishing a strategic partnership with Malvern College UK in 2011, she has built an extensive network of campuses—including locations in Qingdao, Chengdu, Hong Kong, and Tokyo—that collectively educate over 3,500 students from preschool through senior high school.
Her leadership is marked by a track record of academic and operational excellence; her schools regularly send graduates to top-tier global institutions like MIT, Cambridge, Chicago, and HKU. Under her guidance, Malvern’s award-winning campuses have pioneered innovative concepts, including the region’s first Forest-Beach school and distinctive Signature Programs, while earning accreditation from preeminent global educational organizations such as the IB, Round Square, COBIS, and WASC. Prior to her career in education, Ms. So served as the Vice President of Strategy and Development at Laureate Education and was a Senior Consultant at McKinsey & Company across both the U.S. and Greater China. She also currently serves as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at the University of Hong Kong, and holds a BBA in Accounting from the Chinese University of Hong Kong alongside an MBA from Harvard Business School.
