Mr. Chris Brooke
Mr. Chris Brooke is a Chartered Surveyor with over thirty years of experience in various fields of the property industry. Mr. Brooke is an Independent Non-Executive Director of Link Asset Management Limited, the manager of Link Real Estate Investment Trust. He is also an Independent Non-Executive Director of IBI Group Holdings Limited, as well as an advisor to a number of property technology companies including VationX, Peace, Inc. and Kerb Holdings. He is also the current Chairman of Hong Kong China Rugby. Mr. Brooke is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and was the global President of the institution between 2018 and 2019. He is also a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors and the Urban Land Institute.

Mr Chan founded Chartwell Capital in 2007 and currently serves as Chief Investment Officer and Co-Portfolio Manager. He has been appointed by The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited to serve as a member of the Listing Committee Panel, by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council to serve as a member of the Greater Bay Committee: Smart City and Digital Connectivity Task Force, and also by the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park to serve as a founding member of the Hong Kong Biotech Development Council. Ronald is a regular contributor to Bloomberg, an adjunct professor at The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology MBA program and the author of two popular business books. He graduated with Bachelor of Science degrees in Finance and Accounting from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and is currently the President of the NYU Hong Kong Alumni Club and a Pan-Asia Alumni Committee member.

Donald possesses over 40 years of experience as architect and developer globally. He is currently an Adjunct Professor at the University of Hong Kong, Board Chairperson of the Construction Innovation and Technology Application Centre, President of Hong Kong Institute of Real Estate Administrators, Director of the Hong Kong Design Center, Director of Habitat for Humanity, member of the Council for Carbon Neutrality and Sustainable Development, and an Advisor of Our Hong Kong Foundation. He was the CEO of Chinachem Group, Managing Director of the Nan Fung Group, a Director of Foster and Partners, President of Hong Kong Institute of Architects, President of Hong Kong Institute of Urban Design, and a Director of Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation.

Dr. Guo was formerly the Head of Chinese Language of Beijing Normal University. Dr. Guo has published over 20 books and over 200 academic journals on various research topics around Ming and Qing Dynasty Literature and Culture, which he has won numerous awards from his contributions in education. He is also the editor of “Literature Legacy” (a reputable Chinese Literature journal), and Vice Chairman of Chinese Ming Dynasty Arts Association. Dr. Guo is involved in many academic exchange activities as visiting professors in different reputable universities around the world.

Professor Hung is currently Chair Professor of Infectious Diseases & Vaccinology, Ru Chien and Helen Lieh Endowed Professor in Health Sciences Pedagogy, Professor of Medicine and Associate Dean (Partnership & Engagement), Chief of the Division of Infectious Diseases, Department of Medicine, LKS Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, and Honorary Consultant in Queen Mary Hospital, Hong Kong. Professor Hung is a dual specialist in Infectious Disease and Gastroenterology & Hepatology. He obtained his medical degree from the University of Bristol Medical School, England in 1996. After working in the University of Cambridge Medical School and Charing Cross Hospital, London, he returned to Hong Kong in 1999 and joined the Department of Medicine, Queen Mary Hospital. He was awarded the Anti-SARS gold badge award by the Hospital Authority in 2003 for his role in combating SARS as frontline medical officer. He received the Sir Patrick Manson Gold Medal award for best M.D. thesis. He was awarded the Richard Yu Lectureship and medal in 2016 by the Hong Kong College of Physicians. He was awarded the prestigious Outstanding Researcher Award from the University of Hong Kong in 2019. He is the Fellow of Royal Colleges of Physicians of London and Edinburgh, and fellow of the Infectious Disease Society of America and Advisory Board Member of the Universal Scientific Education & Research Network (USERN). Professor Hung has published more than 400 international peer reviewed original articles, H-index 73 (Scopus), including research articles in the Lancet, Nature, the Lancet Infectious Diseases and the Clinical Infectious Diseases. His research interest includes influenza, SARS-CoV-2 and other respiratory virus antiviral treatment and vaccinology.

Mr. Emmanuel Kao is a Solicitor of the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Supreme Court of England and Wales and the Supreme Court of Victoria (Australia). Mr. Kao has been actively involved as School Supervisor in several kindergartens and primary schools in Hong Kong for more than 30 years. He is also an active member in different government committees of public hospitals in Hong Kong.

She is also actively involved in the various Government, charitable and educational organizations. She was awarded the Medal of Honour and appointed a Justice of the Peace by the Government of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
Dr. Rance Lee

Professor Rance Lee was a pioneer in medical and health sociology in Hong Kong, and led many surveys on social issues and medical problems in both Hong Kong and China. As an academic, his services to the community included advising a number of government bodies as well as community organizations. In 1992, Dr Lee was appointed as Non-official Justice of the Peace, was made an Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire (OBE) by Queen Elizabeth II in 1997. At CUHK, he was Dean of Social Science, Head of Chung Chi College and Founding Master of Wu Yee Sun College. He was conferred Honorary Fellowship by CUHK in 2010.

Prof. Leung is Chair Professor and Kintoy Professor in Mathematics Education at the University of Hong Kong, and is currently Chairman of the Board of the Faculty of Education of the University. His expertise is in comparative studies in mathematics education and the influence of culture on mathematics teaching and learning. Prof. Leung is actively involved in the local education community, and he serves as council member in several local schools and tertiary colleges. He is also an Advisor for the Hong Kong Science Museum.

A graduate of the Co-Active Leadership ProgrammeTM and an International Coach Federation Certified Coach, Louise is an education consultant specialising in leadership development and culture. She is currently a Doctor of Education candidate at the University of Bath, UK. Louise has a strong personal attachment to Malvern College with both her husband and three children being former students of Malvern College, UK.

Mr. Scrase is a fund management professional with over 20 years’ experience across different functions in the investment industry. He has held leadership roles within both large cross-asset investment firms (AXA, CQS, City Financial) and focused boutique investment firms (Doric, BIA). He currently consults with a number of fund managers, large Asian and European family offices, and boutique wealth managers. Mr Scrase is currently a director of or advisor to several Cayman fund entities.
Mr. Scrase has lived in Hong Kong since 2003, prior to which he lived in Tanzania, Japan and Canada. He in British and grew up in the UK, graduating from Fitzwilliam College, University of Cambridge with a degree in Economics.

He is currently the Board Chair of Teach for Hong Kong; a board member of the AFS Intercultural Exchanges and a member of the International Council of George Washington University’s Elliott School of International Affairs. Mr. Wong was a former Governor of the American Chamber of Commerce in Hong Kong.

Mr Yip serves as a Council Member for Malvern College Hong Kong, bringing a wealth of expertise at the intersection of education, technology, and sustainability. An alumnus of Oxford University with a Master of Engineering in Engineering and Computer Science, Mr Yip has been instrumental in the development of the Malvern family of schools in Asia, most notably as a Co-founder and Executive Vice Principal of Malvern College Qingdao.
Beyond his contributions to education, Mr Yip is a distinguished leader in the green technology sector. He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Cornerstone Technologies, one of the largest electric vehicle charging solution providers in Hong Kong. Additionally, he leads as the CEO of SparkEV, a leading EV charge point operator in Thailand, driving sustainable infrastructure initiatives across the region. His extensive corporate leadership experience also includes a tenure as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company, as well as chief executive roles at K11 Cultural Enterprise Businesses and G2000. Mr Yip’s diverse background allows him to offer unique strategic insights into nurturing future-ready generations equipped for a sustainable, technology-driven world.
